Humanity Clothing offers menswear garments, fabrics, and related products through its online and offline channels. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate. 4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
- Payments must be completed through authorized payment methods available on the website.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.
5. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, limit quantities purchased, or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded according to our refund policy.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy available on the website. Products must meet the eligibility conditions specified in the Return & Refund Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

At William Hazlitt, we are committed to delivering premium-quality menswear and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is different from the item ordered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The size does not fit, subject to the availability of the desired replacement size.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or damage, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange: promotional/clearance items marked as "Non-Returnable", customized or altered garments, and products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number and details of the issue.
- Share clear photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Upon approval, our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.
5. Shipping Charges
For damaged or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping charges will be borne by William Hazlitt. For size exchanges or customer preference returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
